Chess Classes
Chess Classes
Tuition is based on 4 weeks per month. If there is a 5th week, we will not charge extra. If there is a holiday in one of the 5 weeks, no make-up will be given. If there is a holiday or closure in a month with only a 4-week class, students can attend a class at a different time for the make-up.
$89 tuition is charged at the beginning of each month. Please register by emailing [email protected]. You can also call or text 520-349-7580. You can pay at first class or we can invoice you. If you register in the middle of the month, you will pay the prorated portion for that month then be billed for the full month for each following month.

This is for chess students pursuing competitive play. Aside from learning higher-level chess strategies, students will learn to play by tournament rules. They should participate in some tournaments where possible. We would also strive to have one or more youth teams for the Vegas Chess Festival Youth Tournament in Las Vegas in June 2023. Our Under age 9 Team came in First Place in 2022!

Here, students will learn tactics and tactical patterns along with thinking two moves ahead.
