Class Passes

There are no refunds for class passes. They may be transferred to another person with a written letter or email.

Physical Items (excludes snack items)

Physical Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. If there is a material defect, refund or exchange can be made. If there is no defect, then only exchange or store credit will be given. 

Snack Items

No returns or exchanges on snack items. 

Tournaments

There are no refunds on tournaments. If you need to miss, we can apply your fee to a future tournament. 

Once, tournament pairings are made, there is no credit given.  

Camp/Kids Night Out Refunds 

Policy Camps/Kids Night Outs (one day and multiday)

Camp/ Kids Night Out fees are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, here are your options: 

If you cancel at least 7 days ahead of time, you may get store credit equivalent to what you paid to register or you may transfer your registration to someone else who meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria). 

If you cancel with 3 to 7 days notice, you may get store credit equivalent to 50% of your paid registration or you may transfer your registration to someone else who meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria). 

If you cancel with less than 3 days notice, you may transfer your registration to someone else who meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria). 

In the unforeseen event that we must cancel the camp, you will be offered a choice of refund or moving you to another camp. 

***Our Prodigypreneurs Academy and Extended Enrichment program do not have refunds unless prior arrangement has been made.
